i can´t imagine a situation where i am hanging from two instable objects with perfectly straight arms. i can´t imagine a situation where i am hanging and holding an l-sit at the same time. i can´t imagine having to do a backflip due to a life-threatening situation.

What?  How does that relate at all to anything I said? Read my posts again, I did not argue whether it's functional or not.   I argued that I do not like how you can't move your scapula in a bench press.  Completely irrelevant to any of the scenarios you mentioned.

 

The only comparable scenario is if you said that you can't move your hips in a backflip.
