HELP - Static Holds -

I no nearly evry one here uses static holds for Planche Training and lever Training .. BUT .. Do any of you hold normal exercises like Pull Ups - at the top of the movement or .. HSPU at the bottom of the movement

I think coach said holding handstands in bent arm position is good for building handstand pushup strength. I don't know about a static pull-up hold though.
