ASNB
I would suggest you invest in some kind of course of instruction, or seek the services of a professional, if you can afford any of these. It is too complicated to recommend specific alternations online. Some observations: the program is too busy for my taste, in other words less exercises is better, and I like all straight arm work on the same day, balance work first thing, not last. No legs???? weighted pull ups and one arm chins is redundant and in the wrong order.
Julian Aldag
You have too much of similar exercise on the same day. Keep it simple. Mon: (Horizontal Push) Tuck planche hold, Tuck planche PU or PU etcTue: (Horizontal Pull) Lever hold (front/back), Row variation etcThus: (Vertical Push) Tuck planche hold, Dips, HSPU etcFri: (Vertical Pull) Lever hold (front/back), pull ups with weight or 1 arm pullup etc Something like that is a good place to start (not including progessions)
Jurre
Isn't that too simple though. I mean if you've got the time to do the OP's program, why settle for such simple programs? Doing just horizontal push or what ever on one day will take you probably 45 minutes or so. I usually go for workouts like the one of the OP which takes me around an hour and a half, whenever I have the time.

Jurre
Start of with either implementing a leg day, or implement leg exercises in your push/pull days.

Alexander Egebak
No offence OP, but since you lack the basic knowledge to construct your own program and implement changes, I would highly recommend you to invest in foundation and handstand courses, where all the programming has been done for you. I guess most forum members here will not construct an entire program for you, only correct what you already have, assuming that you can implement it yourself. Alexander Egebak
the courses cost alot of money - i cant Understandable, I have the same problem. But we cannot help you, since we do not know your current strength and mobility. And because you seem to have little understanding of programming. My advice would be to seek help from friends or professionals who can push you in the right direction and test you. Then come back to us and we can help you.
