should i go to failure in each set?

is it better to train until muscle failure in each set or stop 1 or 2 reps before you reach failure when trainin for strength?

Isn't that muscular failure anyway? 

The muscles lose the ability to do the technique with correct form?

actually you lose the technique ~1-2 reps before actual failure.
