Zizou Deriye
Hey, since I'm new to this I'm wondering how a training session looks like. Right now, I'm doing one exercise of Pressing, pulling, core and legs for 5x5 plus the static positions. So that means four different exercises for five days a week. Sounds like a good planning? GoldenEagle
Sounds good. Be strict with your form and use a slower tempo for the greatest strength gains. If you need to go back to an easier progression, no one is going to judge you for doing it. I have had to go back to standard push ups and strict Russian dips because of tendonitis in my left shoulder. Zizou Deriye
Yea alright, thanks. But you know yesterday was my first day of training. All the exercises I did went great because they were pretty easy to me, but when I was going to do the deck squats for the legs, I wasn't able to do it. I couldn't squat all the way down but that wasn't a big deal because I was near the ground so I could just throw myself back. Back then when I've rolled back, sometimes my feet get far away from butt but even though when manage to get them near my butt, I can't get myself up. My butt gets off the ground just a lil bit. So I was wondering how to progress in this exercise. Thanks!
GoldenEagle
No problem. Your range of motion will increase as you continue to work out. Do the best that you can.
