Single leg squats don't seem to be working that area, just my upper thights. My calves really need to catch up to the rest of my body's development. They aren't really w/f safe as their are pics of scantily clad men and women. I can't think of a lot of stuff in the gym we do other than being on the ball of our foot a lot during sprints, re-/bounding, one leg hopping or beam work.
