nbraun198
Well i just have a question. The only place that i can train the front lever (at the moment) is a bar that is fixed to the ceiling with chains, so it swings. I was just wondering if this would make the front lever harder, and whether it would be easier to train for it on a solid immobile bar.I recently got a pair of rings (generic ones), and i am going to build a highbar and attach the rings to that. So i will be able to train on that bar from now on.Thanks for the help
braindx
It's about the same difficulty.Unless you're actively swinging during it... but I don't know why you would want to.
nbraun198
Well no i am not swinging. Its just that i tried it on an immobilized bar and it just felt a little easier. Thanks for the help!
David Picó García
Well, think that the rings are also moving and they move independently and at all directions, so its a bit more difficult. But if you dont move a lot while hanging there is not much difference.
