water4health
i've been doing the wall extension for a few weeks now. in the article coach sommers said to keep the hips feet and back pressed firmly against the wall. what part of the bacK?when i start moving my arms up the wall only my upper back (shoulder blades i believe) stay touching the wall and it is impossible for me to have any other part of my back touching the wall while i have my arms touching the wall.what does this mean about my posture? Coach Sommer
what does this mean about my posture? It is not as much a reflection on your posture as it is an indication that your shoulder girdle is extremely tight. All of your back, from the hips up to the shoulders, should remain firmly in contact with the wall during Wall Extensions. If at this time you are unable to do so, come as close as you can and continue to strive to improve each time you perform Wall Extensions.Yours in Fitness,Coach Sommer
