Brian Li Posted May 28, 2014 Share Posted May 28, 2014 Speaking of retraction/protraction in the planche and maltese in the other thread, are scapula push-ups in planche position a good exercise? Would they be harder on the serratus anterior than just maintaining full protraction in a planche static hold or would they be the same?
