Straight arm scapula planche push-ups

Speaking of retraction/protraction in the planche and maltese in the other thread, are scapula push-ups in planche position a good exercise? Would they be harder on the serratus anterior than just maintaining full protraction in a planche static hold or would they be the same? I'm assuming dynamic protraction is harder than static protraction, but I'm not completely sure.
