Blairbob Posted May 10, 2009 Share Posted May 10, 2009 Either or both. Sort of depends what your current base of stretching and flexibility is. I know Coach Sommer has reccomended 1 or 2 stretching days for newbies at first and slowly ramping up intensity over time. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
