When should one do Stretching/Flexibilit Work?

Hi all

I´m Currently

Training Basic strength Mon,Tue,Thu, Fri

What are your thoughts on when to stretch do flexibilitywork? Should one do it on other days than training or should I doit right before or after training?

Either or both. Sort of depends what your current base of stretching and flexibility is. I know Coach Sommer has reccomended 1 or 2 stretching days for newbies at first and slowly ramping up intensity over time.
