Hello, i'm trying to build a good program for myself but i think i have too many exercises that i want to do and i don't know how to split it into workout. (i would like to train with the foundation but i don't know where can i get that..) 

Planche - i can hold straddle planche for 2-3 seconds with pretty good form

front lever - i can hold for about 7 seconds

back lever - idk but pretty long time

I don't know how to do a hand stand but i'm trying to work on that.

i can hold side flag for 5-10 seconds

i want to work on manna too

iron cross too

and i think that's all.

So how should i put that into a workout?
