(i would like to train with the foundation but i don't know where can i get that..) Planche - i can hold straddle planche for 2-3 seconds with pretty good formfront lever - i can hold for about 7 secondsback lever - idk but pretty long timeI don't know how to do a hand stand but i'm trying to work on that.i can hold side flag for 5-10 secondsi want to work on manna tooiron cross tooand i think that's all.So how should i put that into a workout?
