Hello! Newbie here.

Hello guys! I'm a 20yr. old 5'5" 132lbs male. I lifted weights on and off for 2 years and gained 24lbs! (quite an achievement for me as I have always been skinny). I'm new in the world of gymnastics for strength training. I've been researching quite a lot about this, because I want to do gymnastic training when I was 12 (the facilities were too far!) The only option now is to train at home using only basic equipment.

My goal is to increase my strength and to be able to do:

> v-sit to l-sit to straddle to planche push up to hspu to bridge with hands on the floor. :D

> Straight body ring holds.

> Circles!!

My workout includes (Pretty basic):

> 22 different stretching (For flexibility?)

> Push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and core training

- Pseudo-planche push-ups

- Push-ups elevated feet

- dips

- V-up tuck

- V-up straddle

- side-crunches

- Arch Rocks

> Static holds:

- L-sit

- V-sit tucked

- Straddle L

- frog (something?)

*I don't have rings yet.

What do you guys think?
