I can hold an advanced tuck planche for 15 sec.my problem is the regenaration, after a progression, 45 minutes with break, i need much more than one day till i am totally regenerated. is that normal??Thanks, JohannesPS. Coach Sommer Posted May 6, 2009 Share Posted May 6, 2009 Recovery is highly individualized. In addition you should also note that your recovery ability is something that will improve over time. What may be totally exhausting today, over time will become simply another workout - if you are patient and allow the body sufficient time to adapt. For a beginner, my general rule of thumb is if you are overly sore or lethargic and in need of an additional day or two of rest, take it.
