Well, at least no kipping squat (yet).

You mean.... a jump? :P

I had kipping dips demonstrated to me recently. That was frankly embarrassing.

To play the devil's advocate, it's likely that she can do a HeSPU. The rules of the game she's competing for allow that movement in order to make more reps, so why not :)

It's probably that she uses other movements for strength training.

I don't think kipping squats are possible lol because you have to swing your legs to kip. There are explosive jump squats, but they are plyometric and not kipping.

yeah, i understand that viewpoint, even though i don't agree with it (because bad technique should not be rewarded).  i just think the technique is so bad, it's hilarious.

here's some other bad technique videos that were also pretty funny:

We used to play with something that might be like a kipping squat during tabata squats. Actually Annie Sakamoto was known for doing them.

Instead of descending down during the squat, you basically drop to the bottom of a squat to go a bit faster. Helps a bit in those 20 seconds. You'll need to have good squat flexibility and it's similar to a drop snatch drill where from a stand you drop to the bottom of the OHS/Snatch while pushing under the bar.

You can use your arms for the swing.

Indian wrestlers use those. Dands I think they're called in Hindi.

Lol. I think those pushups might actually be harder than regular ones :P Love the hip thrusting advance step and clinch.

Ouais M. Élan, ça t'a donné ton nom je suppose. Kipping = Élan in french.

Haha I haven't thought of that :) , but it isn't and it isn't my video. ^^
