Adam Dovick
So I've been progressing into single salto triple twisting and double salto twists and I've notices a large limitation on my training is proprioceptor fatigue, or at least that's what I was told it was called. Basically over the course of about 20 minutes of these skills there is a huge drop in coordiation and awareness and as a result, success in the skills. I've been told this is typical but I'm wondering what are the best methods to retain peak function for as many skills as possible. I've been told that hydration is very important and that rests. But is there a minimum time between skills that should be waited to allow for proprietor rest or whatever?
