beginning training again

Hi everybody!

I'm going back into train after an entire month off for epicondilitis to both the elbows...

I was just thinking, it would be better to start immediately with integratred training, or should I start with a cycle or two of static training only, to reinforce my not-so-trained-anymore joints? This would be my first rings cycle...
