Matteo Posted May 1, 2009 Share Posted May 1, 2009 Hi everybody!I'm going back into train after an entire month off for epicondilitis to both the elbows...I was just thinking, it would be better to start immediately with integratred training, or should I start with a cycle or two of static training only, to reinforce my not-so-trained-anymore joints?
