Muslce up - Exercises

Hello,

 

i have a problem with training for a clean muscle up. I can only perform swinging muscle ups but this isn't what i want.
Are there any exercies or techniques which can improve the performance of my muscle up?

Yes master correct pullup , transition and dips, then puttin all together with a solid false grip mastery. I noticed good increase of performance using the russian dips. btw everyone should avoid immediate approach to russian dips until a solid foundation in press movement is achieved. all this process is fully covered in foundations 1-2 . then you can move over the mastery of false grip covered in rings 1.
