Alessandro Mainente Posted April 11, 2014 Share Posted April 11, 2014 Yes master correct pullup , transition and dips, then puttin all together with a solid false grip mastery. I noticed good increase of performance using the russian dips. btw everyone should avoid immediate approach to russian dips until a solid foundation in press movement is achieved. all this process is fully covered in foundations 1-2 . then you can move over the mastery of false grip covered in rings 1. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
