what kind of front and back levers? what kind of planche? I'm guessing tuck since you're still doing ring pushups which tells me not a lot of upper body strength to go with the pullup negatives and supports.

looks pretty good, make sure you add in the shoulder stick dislocates, wall slides and wrist stuff besides those bridge walks down a wall.

no headstand love? unless of course, you already can do it. no leg lifts or reverse leg lifts?
