I'm sorry I don't understand the question.

Edit: Uhh, but try not to workout on anything made out of PVC.  It's not designed to be load bearing, and will eventually shatter while you're supported on it.  You can get some pretty serious hand injuries from this.

PVC paralletes are fine. I wouldn't build full scale pbars out of them though.

They're called parallettes, and they are often made of pvc, but metal or wood is also common. You don't really need them, although they're nice to have.

quick question when your in pain from the work out do you continue to work out the next day or should you rest and let your muscles repair

Pain in joints, tendons or other connective tissue is bad, meaning that rest is required, perhaps even meaning that you've acquired an injury - Sometimes a lot of rest, depending on how bad the pain is.

If you have soreness in the muscles (DOMS), it's ok to train, although you may get better gains waiting out the DOMS. it usually peaks ~48 hours post-exercise. Training the same exercise twice a week seems to work well for many people.

Generally training upper body twice a week and lower body twice a week is good, but if you're a total beginner you can get away with full body 3 times a week.

Sessions shouldn't last much longer than an hour.  I find I make the best progress when I focus my energy on 2 or 3 exercises for each movement pattern (push/pull/hip extension/hip flexion/squat)
