Erhardt Stopke
Hi,first of all pls excuse my english. Its been 4th month I train according Foundation one and really enjoy it.But I have two questions 1: I realized that I am doing in my 12 week`s training plan exercise with different level of advancement.for exaplle - in one training unit I do FL/PE2 ,sPL/PE3,HBP/PE4,RC/PE4. It means I will finish Foundation one with some exercise ahead another at the end. What to do in this case? 2: do i have to finish first F1 tnen F2.F3.F4 step by step and then start work out on Handstand one etc. or I can combine them? Thank you for answer Erhardt
Joshua Slocum
1. Foundations 1-4 are just different volumes of the same course. When you finish all of the progressions for one exercise, you can move on to the next Foundation course for that exercise. For example, if you complete HBP/PE6, you can then move on to the first HBP element in F2: HBP/PE7. Where you are in the progressions for other elements does not matter. 2. Handstand and Foundation are in fact designed to be worked at the same time. In fact, you'll find it impossible to finish F4 without having a good handstand. Erhardt Stopke
ok can you pls give me more details how to combine them?If we have F1.2.3.4 and only Handstand 1.2. And what about Rings?Thank you
Joshua Slocum
Rings should be started only after Foundation is complete. To combine Foundation and Handstand, you simply follow the progressions for both at the same time.

Kelly Gage
Hi,I just bought Handstand one and I`d like to ask if its possible to shedulle HS togheter with F1 4 times per week when i`ll train both in same day?Yes. A standard (maybe the most common?) schedule is 4 F1 exercises Monday, 3 F1 exercises + H1 Tuesday. Repeat Thursday and Friday.
