Can i have some tips to improve this or can you tell me if it's good ?

 

 

 

PUSH:  5-10 min handstand/balance work

 

            3 sets floor tuck planche

            3 sets planche lean

            3x5 handstand PU negatives

            3x8 russians dips

            3x8 pseudo planche PUs

 

PULL: 3sets of adv.tuck front lever

           3 sets of tuck FL

           3 sets of Side lever progression

           3x5 MU progressions

           3X7 Wide pull-ups

           3x8 Rows

 

I do PUSH on monday and friday, and i do PULL on  wednesday and saturday

On my rest days, i do some pistols and a little bit of core work.
