Hivoyer Posted April 12, 2009 Share Posted April 12, 2009 My current SLS strenght is 3 reps of 5 with 24 kg weight in my hands.The problem is,for some reason i get more tired when doing 3x5 bodyweight two legged squats with the same weight.I do the SLS to the bottom.
