leg exercises

guys what are some more leg exercises apart from pistols and hamstring curls?

i do mean bodyweight ones. don't get me wrong both of the aforementioned exercises are great and great returns, its just that i do get a bit bored of them and i would like to hit my legs in a couple of different ways. how i said about bodyweight exercises, i can add a bit of weight maybe up to about 20kilos but not weight that you would squat.

sprinting will give you could gains in leg strength

Same with plymetrics (plus they are fun)

With all sprinting and especially plyometric type jumps build slowly into them for several weeks as its easy to pick up injuries if you too enthusiastic.

Plus dont neglect your flexibility training after training sessions and on off days

lunges ( split squats ), lunge walks, duckwalks ( if the flexibility and strength are there ), depth/height jumps ( with weight )

1 legged deadlifts are good, either romanian/stiff/straight legged or bent legged (see King deadlifts-great for glute strength). Step-ups and hill sprints are also good.
