Hollowbody position - WOW

The difference this makes!!

 

To any newbies like myself learning handstands, THIS was the main issue that has been holding me back!

 

I just implimented the hollowbody/tensed position in my core and whole body and I was able to hold handstand as long as I like - TWICE!!

Great, Shia, but according to some other forums, you are a troll. I don't know, that's all I've heard. Anyways, care to share how you implemented it so quickly to change your handstand?

If you're referring to 'misc', yeah I used to troll there because it's a cesspool of bullshit.Where it's due, such as serious forums that give genuine advice like this one and rosstraining, I treat with respect. It was simple, I just started keeping my whole core tensed and focused on it to remain a slight 'bend' inwards (hollowbyd hold) and not let my back arch at all.
