Anyways, care to share how you implemented it so quickly to change your handstand?If you're referring to 'misc', yeah I used to troll there because it's a cesspool of bullshit.Where it's due, such as serious forums that give genuine advice like this one and rosstraining, I treat with respect. It was simple, I just started keeping my whole core tensed and focused on it to remain a slight 'bend' inwards (hollowbyd hold) and not let my back arch at all.
