Last night I did a front lever for about 2 seconds at BJJ, but when I work out by myself I can only hold it for a split second. Also, a few weeks ago I did a straddle back lever for maybe 3 seconds for my dad, but can even get close when work out with no one watching.I've been doing the WOD's since the first week they started. It's funny how much longer you can hold moves in show situation... you REALLY don't wanna look like a chump so your body responds in kind.(adrenaline for those of you who can't read between the lines)The more you work with full body tension stuff the better it will get though. When I jump up on the rings or bar I can almost instantly tell if I can do stuff or not... as you learn how strong your body is from day to day depending on how it's feeling.
