what roller for adductor? or no roller?

guys ,help me with this please.. my pancake is so bad,and i feel that my adductor is stiff like steel and is in pain. same in front splits.  so i decide   starting using roller for first time.

now i using only normal tube(d-15cm) and (d-3cm)  do you think is enough?  i dont feel very much discomfort when i rolling..  give me pls some advice.. i dont know if i am on the right way

The only thing I've found that works is to stradle a barbell (elevated to the height where it digs into your adductors, or sometimes the handle of a heavy kettlebell.
