Learning planche

Hi to everybody! I'm a quite big man (over 270 pounds), my goal is to do 1 planche push up. Any basic exercise to conditionate my shoulders without hurting them?

You're setting yourself a monumental goal, which it's great, but know that it is monumental. Unless you have previous experience with these things, you most likely won't be able to set up a program that will lead to the planthe pushup.

Your best bet by far is to get the Foundation series.

Of course! It's a huge monumental goal but i'll do my best to achieve it. Pseudo planche are hard when i go forward, my shoulders are too weak now.

Foundation does cover everything, but if you want to get started on your own you would be best off starting here :)
