ronin11cs Posted March 12, 2009 Share Posted March 12, 2009 Hi everybody,i just wanted to share experiences in my following case..i am a 20 year old bboy from germany (sorry for my english xD )and do/did a lot of flare and windmill variationsand except of an bucket-handle tear i had never problems, but since a half year i have big trouble with my adductorsand nothing seems to help. The doctors ( now 5 of them) say that they can't find a problem e.g. in the hips or in the groin but the pain won't stop.I rested for over 2 months without doing anything, but it did not help and i really could cry..So i wanted to ask in this forum if someone had the same issues here!It hurts when i split my legs (like in a windmill) or do flares... the spots are in the groin and ligthly above the butt,my theory is, that maybe my lower back is also involved for causing trouble..maybe somebody here had the same problems and i would be very happy for any kind of hind!A half year can be very hard without doing the thing that you live for and it makes me also a kind of depressive..again sorry for my english :oops: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

sasquatch Posted March 13, 2009 Share Posted March 13, 2009 I think I have the same pain as you I did hip extensions like Coach said to do and I did some foam rolling (more like log rolling ).
