pectus excavatum deformation

 i have been training gymnastics for the past 3years now and im 12years old.im really strong for my age but i have a hole in my chest. this deformation is called pectus excavatum and i think my chest muscle cant get strong or big from it thats why its really hard for me to perform gymnastic exercises that uses pectorials.i just wanted to ask u if u know any good exercises that can help me with my deformation.i wanna be able to perform iron cross and maltese but i think my deformation is causing problems in my progress.also my brother bought foundation two and we are loving it.thank you for reading this :)

As Fred suggests, this sort of condition is really something you need to ask a doctor or a good PT about. 

 

 

Also, have you gone through Foundation 1 yet? The exercises may look simple, but taking the time to work through them is well worth it.
