Doni Posted October 20, 2013 Share Posted October 20, 2013 i have been training gymnastics for the past 3years now and im 12years old.im really strong for my age but i have a hole in my chest. this deformation is called pectus excavatum and i think my chest muscle cant get strong or big from it thats why its really hard for me to perform gymnastic exercises that uses pectorials.i just wanted to ask u if u know any good exercises that can help me with my deformation.i wanna be able to perform iron cross and maltese but i think my deformation is causing problems in my progress.also my brother bought foundation two and we are loving it.thank you for reading this Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Joshua Slocum Posted October 24, 2013 Share Posted October 24, 2013 As Fred suggests, this sort of condition is really something you need to ask a doctor or a good PT about.
