kenny01593
My coach told me it was like a pullover on high bar but like what do i do exactly? i'm trying to do it from a dead hang and all but i can't seem to tell when i'm in the dip position to push up and i'm not sure how to kick back and out my legs in a 45 degree angle, anyone have any tips? Blairbob
Except it takes a lot more strength and being able to dip out of a really low, wide position.
braindx
Well, it's similar to the kick of a kip to support except backwards. Or a dislocate cast. 45 upwards and backwards. As your kick is going up and back you NEED to glue the rings to your hips and push forward as hard as you can.
