Hyun Jin Jeong
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LgEHwKEhJ6A&feature=c4-overview&list=UUMrY-JHG6bF3LEdlDvhv7XAso I have been training for planche for very long time but I haven't improved that much the past few months. My bent arm strength got incredibly stronger but the straight arm strength has not.Any critiques, tips on improving straddle planche hold?Should I go back to the basics and start holding longer tuck planche? Daniel Burnham
You're loosing protraction. You should learn planche pressing from the ground. It helps you feel the shoulder position more.
