Strength and circuit

Hi

Can I train strength 2 days a week and on the third day do circuit routine? would that stop me from gaining more strength or It would benefit me with some endurance on top of that.Here's my plan.I'm not a gymnast I try to use gymnastis to condition myself for wrestling.Criticise my programme please andThanks for help.

Monday

Weighted Muscle -ups(rings) 3x3-5

Advanced tuck front lever(bar)3x3-5

Weighted push-ups (rings)

Chest flys on rings 3x3-5

Wensday

Iron cross (legs on swissball) 3x 3-5

Weighted pull-ups (bar) 3x3-5

Weighted Dips(rings)3x 3-5

Bulgarian Dips 3x3-5

Saturday -Circuit x3

M-ups (bar) 3x8-12

Hspu 8-12

Dynamic push-ups(medicine ball)15-20

Ring Dips 10-15

Hanging leg raises 10-15

pike extensions (wall) 8-10

Weighted deck squats (one leg)6-8 reps each leg.
