Difference between Shoulder Mobility in F1 and H1

What's the difference between the shoulder mobility found in the HBP and the ones in the beginning of H1?

Like what are the goals of the HBP shoulder mobility exercises and the Handstand's shoulder mobility exercises?

No expert, but the shoulder related mobility in F1 appears (to me) to focus on enabling full rom in depression, elevation, protraction and retraction of the scapulae.

The H1 mobility focuses on broadening the rom in shoulder extension and flexion, e.g. by elongating the anterior deltoids and the pectorals ( opening the chest). In addition there's a focus on building strength with arms extended behind the back. The traps and posterior deltoids get worked heavily, and I'm often sore in these muscles due to H1.

The take away is that they complement each other. I've never experienced anything remotely as thorough before.

Not on H1 as yet, but HBP mobility does a lot for my rotator cuff in addition to my scapula. It passes through some tricep stuff as well.
