Jeff Posted February 12, 2009 Share Posted February 12, 2009 So my shoulder flexibility sucks and thus so does my back bridge. How do I go about improving my back bridge. Blairbob Posted February 12, 2009 Share Posted February 12, 2009 Do them with your feet raised ( on a block, step, ottoman ) so your feet are elevated above your hands and you can focus the stretch in your shoulders.
