Elbow prehab

I was wondering if anyone has any good elbow prehab stuff such as coach's wrist pushups, bridge wall walks, and jefferson curls. I do most of coaches things, all of the above plus weighted pike stretches, first knuckle pushups, wall extensions, hip extensions, and I feel like the one thing missing is the elbows.

Also my left elbow has been beginning to crack when I bend me arm with my wrists flexed, and need to start doing some kind of work on the side to strengthen them.

Bent arm work, basic pushing and pulling such as pushups and pullups, subbed down if you have to. Working basic straight arm supports on parallettes or parallel (dip) bars.

So yesterday, after my workout, I decided to try some elbow to ground pushups from my knees, because I remember someone here talking about how they hurt his elbows, and I was thinking that this might be a good elbow prehab movement, similar to the wrist pushups for the wrist.

Any thoughts?
