animalhands Posted February 3, 2009 Share Posted February 3, 2009 newbie here working on the planche progressions. last night i was doing pushups with my feet on a swiss ball with parallettes. as i lowered i could feel a tendon or ligament roll over the medial bump of my humerus which i think is the ucl. on lowering there was no pain but on raising there was an intense 'buzzing' from the elbow, along the ulna through my pinky. i got off the parallettes and noticed nothing while performing the exercise palms flat on the floor. any ideas? i have weak triceps so i am wondering if this is simply a stability issue necessitating isolated tricep work.thanks ah Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
