Few questions about F1 program

Does anybody knows what equipment do I need to start F1?

I don't have any access to gymastic gym

At home I have a pull up bar, weighted vest, dip stand, etc..

Is there any prerequisites to start the program? (In term of fitness)

Thank you

I have something similar to rings and I guess I can use stall bars on the playground

Any advises on the brand for furniture sliders?

Thanks

PS "something to hang your legs off of to do rear leg lifts" - why would you need anything to hold your legs in this exercise?

not to hold your legs, to hold you! :P you'll need something you can hug or feel secure to, while your legs dangle off. preferably you can hang onto that object, so you an exert more leverage on with your upper body.

It doesn't matter, from 3M to Wall Mart, these things are all made in China in the same factory... Only the packaging differs. :)

Thanks everyone. I'm looking forward to start (I just need to finish my push ups and pull ups challenge - suppose to be done in a few weeks)

I wonder if my wife will be able to hold me...lol :D

I'm confused, what are the furniture sliders for, to move your furniture to make room or for an actual exercise? lolshrugs

They are used in several exercises to decrease friction between yourself in the floor. For example, you put them under your feet when doing planche leans.
