drumik
I have something similar to rings and I guess I can use stall bars on the playground Any advises on the brand for furniture sliders? Thanks PS "something to hang your legs off of to do rear leg lifts" - why would you need anything to hold your legs in this exercise?

FREDERIC DUPONT
(...) Any advises on the brand for furniture sliders? (...) It doesn't matter, from 3M to Wall Mart, these things are all made in China in the same factory... Only the packaging differs.

Joshua Slocum
I'm confused, what are the furniture sliders for, to move your furniture to make room or for an actual exercise? lolshrugs They are used in several exercises to decrease friction between yourself in the floor. For example, you put them under your feet when doing planche leans.
