RednBlack Posted July 2, 2013 Share Posted July 2, 2013 I have been practicing tuck front levers, but pain in my shoulders is holding me back. When I move my legs up, I feel a pain in the anterior part of my rotator cuffs. Has anyone else had this issue? I think it might be a mobility problem, since when I rotate my shoulders, my rotator cuffs click. Are there mobility exercises that can help with this? Ralph Palutke Posted July 22, 2013 Share Posted July 22, 2013 i had this sensation when i started with gst. i managed to fix it by concentrating to keep my scapula strongly retracted.if you aren't able to maintain the retraction you are propably to weak and you scale back.
