Amit Leibovici Posted June 12, 2013 Share Posted June 12, 2013 hey ,im 17 , 178 cm , 71 kg. first off all, i am very new with this, a month ago i never though the planche is do able.so far i can do the advaced tuck planche , and tuck planche push ups. i also can do a straddle bent arms planche.i am doing a full front lever [can hold for 5-10 sec per set] , and straddle back lever , L sit , and a little V sit. my goal is to achieve full straddle planche , and then the full planche. could someone please write me some tips or some exercises that may help me with the planche process, i would really apriciate it. thanks.
