training planche help !.

hey ,

im 17 , 178 cm , 71 kg.  first off all,  i am very new with this, a month ago i never though the planche is do able.

so far i can do the advaced tuck planche , and tuck planche push ups.  i also can do a straddle bent arms planche.

i am doing a full front lever [can hold for 5-10 sec per set] , and straddle back lever , L sit , and a little V sit.

 

my goal is to achieve full straddle planche , and then the full planche.

 

could someone please write me some tips or some exercises that may help me with the planche process, i would really apriciate it.

If you can afford it get the foundation series, it has everything laid out.

 

If not, simply search the forum for: "planche," "planche progressions," and you'll be welcomed with pages upon pages of information.

Do planche holds, Planche pushups, Wallwalks.

Planche is hard be patient.

I started my journey 2 years ago and i'm fighting with the straddle one
