Aurelio Paras Posted May 11, 2013 Share Posted May 11, 2013 Hello, I have a question regarding the form of the L-sit progressive variations: I'm working on the Tuck L-sit right now and I noticed my shoulders start to shrug upwards when I perform the maneuver.
