Hello,

I have a question regarding the form of the L-sit progressive variations: I'm working on the Tuck L-sit right now and I noticed my shoulders start to shrug upwards when I perform the maneuver. Does the proper technique demand that I push my shoulder back down?

thank you

Yes, this depression is necessary to perform it with good clearance on the floor for example. It can take a little time to develop but is definitely important
