Tavis G
My right knee hurts whenever i go down and when i contract it feels like my knee is ripping of the bone. My left knee is fine. That is also my stronger leg. I don't want the imbalance to get worse. Can anyone help or have any ideas of what it is?
Rikke Olsen
My initial thought, idea and suggestion is to see a professional. Internet diagnoses for things that cause pain is generally a bad idea, especially when you don't know what is causing the pain.

jl5555
Explore the motion of your ankle, knee and hip joints as well as leg rotation. It's possible closed hips or other type of issue is causing you to push your knee in directions it doesn't wish to go.
