Guest
I plan on buying H1 soon, just want to know. This is assuming I do it 4x a week, and miss the occasional set. Obviously you can't tell me 6 weeks, but just a range? This won't influence my decision, just something I want to know. Thanks and keep training. Jon Douglas
I had a solid handstand before I bought H1, but it wasn't picture-perect or consistent like what's developed over the course of. This is kind of the wrong kind of question...
Joshua Slocum
This is impossible to say. First of all, without knowing how strong and flexible you are, we can't tell how fast you will progress. Second of all, you will most likely be able to do a handstand well before you reach handstands as part of the H1 progression. That said, the question is immaterial. There is no faster way to achieving a solid handstand, except possibly if you were to receive professional instruction at a circus or gymnastics school.
