campbelldj
Would this be an appropriate and useful movement? The pulling version of Erbs - From hang on a bar/rings press to front lever - front lever pull up - press to inverted hang - slowly lower back though front lever to hang = 1 reporFrom hang press straight body to inverted hang - lower to front lever - front lever pull up - lower to hang again = 1 repObviously the progressions would be the same as most of the other exercises - tucked, adv tuck, straddled, full etcWhat do you think? griffdrc
i liked your idea but took it in a slightly different direction... i can barely get a full front lever... hold it for ~3 seconds... so today after my regular pulling i added in something different... i was hanging from the rings at an ~60angle (as close as i could hold to a front lever while pulling) and did pullups... after the first set i attatched 10lbs to my ankles... i liked the exercise... i dunno what others think of it but i'll do it again...
