Joshua Naterman Posted May 14, 2013 Share Posted May 14, 2013 Just use elastic compression with the heat, stay elevated, and cycle the heat with some cold, and you should be fine. heat does speed up healing, just make sure that you know how to use it within the context of your specific needs.
