James Proce Posted March 17, 2013 Share Posted March 17, 2013 I decided to make a set of parallettes this weekend... Used 1 1/2 in PCV and wrapped the bars with athletic tape. Looking forward to trying them out later this evening. Will be mainly using them for handstand work, but will also try some exercises to get the shoulders stronger for planche work and also begin work on the l sit hold.
