Derek Grable Posted January 2, 2009 Share Posted January 2, 2009 hi to everyone. new member but i have been reading and watching for awhile. trying to implement the integrated steady state program as outlined in the book. does this look right? sunday monday wednesday fridayplanche hold-pushing exercise-planche hold x 3front lever hold-pulling exercise-front lever hold x3back lever hold-leg exercise-back lever hold x3l sit-core-l sit x3each day i use a different pushing exercise, pulling exercise, etc. i have done this for about a week, seems okay, but my prior level of workouts are considerably more intense, for example edt workouts, ross enamait, p90x, or some combination like that. i am fairly strong and conditioned compared to the average person, but have never trained specifically for shoulder girdle strength and can't even do the tuck planche. am able to do pullups and dips with 35 lbs but can't even come close to a muscle up. anyways, does this look right? or am i reading the book wrong? thanks in advance for any replies.
