twan
Hi everyone, When training static strength arm positions such as front lever, back lever,... I have noticed i have hyperextended elbows. Should I still try to keep my arms at shoulder width during the static positions or keep them a little wider ? I haven't had any discomfort as of yet in my elbow area when training but just wanted to make sure if anyone else with hyperextended elbows trains with regards to front lever, etc... Yaad Mohammad
You should keep them in shoulder width, or even better, just don't think about it.
Brian Li
I tend to just keep shoulder width grip, but know that the wider the grip the harder it gets.
