José Ignacio Varela Suárez
Hello everyone, My capitate bone of my right hand does not mobilize correctly and It hurts me when I do lean forwards on the floor. I went to my physiotherapist and he tells me to stretch the hand flexors and mobilize down the capitate bone with my other hand. Handstand or push-up support does not hurt. The problem comes when I lean forward. I have been doing some wrist prehab drils (Wrist push-ups,dorsal push-ups, etc.) but I do not find the drill which helps me so as to mobilize the capitate bone correctly. What dou you think that should I do? Thank you very much.
